TO BECOME A INSTRUCTOR

Individual is to apply to Stamp N Plus Scrap N through this form.  Include with application the kit order form and payment for the kit.

References will be checked and if the application is not accepted the payment for the kit will be returned.

If the application is accepted the kit will be sent out promptly.

Applicants must be 18 years old to become a Instructor.

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

It is understood and agreed that either party may terminate this agreement by giving written notice 10 days to actual date of termination.

Stamp N Plus Scrap N  will not terminate this agreement without reasonable, clearly stated reasons.

If 90 days lapse without any Instructor activity and no written notice to the company as to why the inactivity, this contract will be voided and there will be a $20.00 charge to reactivate the Instructor contract.

If 120 days lapse without any Instructor activity from the date of signing, an invoice for $150.00 will be issued to the Instructor for the balance of the kit.  Said Instructor agrees to pay this amount.

TAXES

Sales Tax: Stamp N Plus Scrap N  collects tax from each Instructor with each order turned in.  This tax should be calculated at the place of the sale’s local tax rate.  Stamp N Plus Scrap N remits it to its proper state.

Self-Employment Tax: A Instructor is considered an individual contractor; therefore, each Instructor is responsible for paying his/her self-employment tax or any other tax that may apply.  Please keep good records of all your business transactions.

COPYRIGHT

Our copyright is as such:

There should be absolutely NO copying of any of the Scrap N Plus Stamp N  designs, catalogs, forms or other paperwork unless given specific permission to do so.  This means you cannot make your own fliers or paperwork with our designs.  Our designs and catalogs are not to be used for clip art purposes.

We do not mind the sale of cards, sweatshirts, etc., that are individually hand stamped.

PLACING ORDERS

Original Stamp N Plus Scrap N  Home Party Order Forms must be used when turning in orders to Stamp N Plus Scrap N.

All orders must be prepaid with cc or one check and mailed to:

If any check should not clear, the Instructor will be charged a $30.00 service charge.  If this should happen twice, payment will be required in the form of a money order.  Please DO NOT send in any orders with post dated checks as this will delay your order.

MARKETING

A Hostess Program is provided in which gifts are given to the person hosting the class/demonstration. These gifts are given and paid for by Stamp N Plus Scrap N.

Sales are NOT limited to the Hostess Program.  Instructors may buy product to sell at open houses, fairs, shows or in stores.
