In the fall of 2004 the Stamp Affair company was purchased by LuAnn Hale the proud owner of Stamp N Plus Scrap N and www.powderedchalk.com . 

We are in the process of updating the web site, both the (Art Rubber Stamp Section) and the (Distributor Programs). We are attempting to make the Stamp section more user friendly , along with adding shopping cart buttons to all pages. Your patience during the reconstruction is greatly appreciated.
